Manufacturing site in Martfű

We perform mechanical machining works (lathe work, milling, grinding) to produce machinery parts in our manufacturing plant located in Martfű. In addition to traditional processing machines, cycle-controlled lathes and CNC controlled lathes suitable for the manufacturing of series of large numbers and complicated parts, we also have grinders and machining centres suitable for 3- and 4-axis machining at our disposal. Moreover, we also use machining centres with TopSolid and CATIA CAD/CAM preparation and support, capable of even the simultaneous, 5-axis mechanical shaping of 3D sculptured surfaces. The intermediate production check and the end quality control of the here produced parts is performed by our skilled quality inspectors by using manual measuring instruments and 3D coordinate measuring machines or 3D laser scanner.

Our production management engineers prepare a manufacturing instruction for each product, with every operation constituting part of the manufacturing process indicated on it with a bar code. Before commencing and after finishing the individual operations, our machine operators scan the bar code relevant to the given operation, which makes it possible for us to check the current state of the manufacturing process in the SAP system, as well as to perform a subsequent calculation of the manufacturing process.
